MyVault — keep what you own, along with its proof, history, and story, in one place. Gadgets, luxury goods, appliances, clothing and bags, IDs and cards, collectibles — record an item once, and "where's the receipt," "how long is the warranty," and "what's it worth now" all have an answer. Your data stays on your device by default. One item, one complete record Name, brand, category, purchase channel and city, price, status, tags, photos, receipts, maintenance history, and story timeline. Organize by space (nestable), scenario, category, brand, and channel — so where a thing lives, when you use it, and what it goes with are all part of the record. Snap a receipt, get a record MyVault reads the product name, amount, date, brand, and channel. Major platforms use dedicated parsing templates. When a receipt's currency differs from your ledger, it flags the conversion instead of filing it silently. Fields the parser isn't confident about are marked, and you can correct anything before saving. You can also import from your photo library or from CSV / JSON / text files, and edit items in bulk. Value and depreciation you can see Total value, average value per item, daily cost of ownership, and depreciation records at a glance. The usage-span breakdown shows what you actually use and what has been sitting idle. Reminders that arrive in time Warranty alerts 30 days and 7 days before expiry, each naming the item and the days remaining — plus maintenance, ownership milestones (first week, first month, anniversaries), and backup and sync notifications. The Notification Center shows both what you've received and what's still scheduled, and Do Not Disturb hours push alerts to a quieter time. Security and privacy Your data lives on your device, and the app requires no account. App Lock supports a 4- or 6-digit passcode plus Face ID / Touch ID, with an auto-lock grace period of Immediately, 1, 5, or 15 minutes. Backups can be encrypted with a passphrase only you hold. Asset identity card and PDF reports Every item gets a unique SHA256-based digital ID and an identity-card QR code. Export a single-item PDF for insurance claims, service requests, or resale — and export your whole library to CSV / JSON whenever you want to take it elsewhere. iCloud sync and backup Real-time sync across your devices, with cloud backup and local snapshots as a double safety net.
